We were pleased to be invited to speak at the Annual Meeting of the Association of Independent Research Institutes (AIRI) in San Diego last week. Cary Thomas from The Scripps Research Institute has worked closely with us in the past, and as one of the meeting's Program Co-Chairs, he asked us to develop a presentation about how AIRI's 86 nonprofit member institutions could maximize their use of social media and technology.

We're traveling to La Jolla, California to talk about one of our favorite topics, and we hope you can join us! On October 5th, Senior Account Executive Julie Ziff Sint and I will give a presentation on social media for independent research institutes.
